Your Patient Journey in the Emergency Unit

Everyone in the Emergency Unit is there because they or a loved one has experienced a life-threatening emergency or a major injury. It is therefore a distressing time. We hope that following information will answer your questions and make your time in the Emergency Unit easier.  

During your visit, please do not leave the waiting area without informing reception or you may be missed. If you decide you would like to leave, please let a member of staff know.
