Cardiff and Vale UHB has a range of community neurological rehabilitation services that can be accessed by people with acquired or degenerative neurological disorders residing in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
The philosophy within each team is to work in partnership with patients, their families and / or carers, encouraging self-management support, optimizing quality of life and enabling individuals to re-learn skills and achieve maximum independence within the community.
