Statement on Redlands Road Surgery in Penarth

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board would like to confirm there is no truth in the rumours that Redlands Surgery in Penarth is due to close. 

Unfortunately, there has been an inaccurate story shared on a local online platform for Penarth, and the Health Board has reached out to them to request the story is removed. 

We appreciate these rumours will have caused some concern in the community and amongst other GP surgeries in Penarth but Redlands Surgery is remaining open.

We would ask the community to please not contact their GP Practice to discuss this so the staff can focus on delivering patient care.
