Grangetown, Butetown and Cardiff Bay residents – we want to hear from you

Do you know where to go when you need healthcare advice or treatment in the community?

The survey can be found here.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board wants to hear from people living in Butetown, Grangetown and Cardiff Bay to help us support our communities to access the right service, first time.

A short, online survey has been developed to help us better understand awareness of local NHS services in the community and where residents go to find information. We’re also keen to find out if residents know where to go for specific health concerns and of any barriers they may face when accessing Primary Care services such as community pharmacies, GP practices, opticians and dental practices.

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete and is available in English, Welsh, Arabic, Polish, Czech, Urdu and Somali. All participants will also have the option to be entered into a prize draw for a £50 One4All voucher.

Please share this survey with others in your community via WhatsApp groups, social media, or word of mouth. The more people who take part, the better we can help local people know how to access the right care at the right time.
