Chief Operating Officer

Paul began his NHS career at Southampton General Hospital as a clinical coder in 1994 and has worked his way up through the ranks undertaking a number of general operational management roles in the English Health System.

Prior to joining Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Paul was the Operations Director for Family and Clinical Support Services at Hampshire Hospitals NHS FT. He has also previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer in both Surrey and Cornwall.
