Retire and Return - enrolment

When an employee decides to 'Retire and Return', the manager must complete this spreadsheet and email the information to the Employment Services Enablement Team.

The manager will then receive an e-Appointment Form for them and the returning employee to complete to allow them to be paid.

Please do not use old enrolment forms or changes forms or there will be delays in their salary being paid.
