Workforce Governance

The Workforce Governance Team is based at Woodland House.   The main focus of the team is ensuring that systems of work are in place to ensure high quality, compliant, expert advice and support is available to the Workforce and OD Function and the Health Board.   This includes:

·        Providing specialised advice on NHS Terms and Conditions of Service and Employment Law

·        Co-ordinating the development and review of Employment Policies and Procedures

·        Partnership Working (including organising the Local Partnership Forum and its sub Groups)

·        Managing the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process

·        Co-ordinating the Voluntary Early Release Scheme

·        Co-ordinating staff benefits including Total Reward Statements, the Annual Leave Purchase Scheme and the Car Lease Scheme

·        Executive Director recruitment
