How do I complete Mandatory Training?

You can complete your mandatory training via e-learning or attend classroom sessions. Please refer to (matrix) which will provide guidance on which method you are required to access to complete your required modules.

E-Learning

You can access the e-learning modules via ESR. For more information on how to log into ESR or password reset go to our ESR pages

To find the module you need to complete, go to My e-Learning.

Click on 'Learner Homepage', change the drop down to ‘Learning Certification’ and type 001 - then click 'go'.

You need to subscribe AND enrol onto the relevant module.

Classroom Based

Fire safety awareness workshops take place every month.

Classroom training is also provided for other modules - please see the LED prospectus for details.

We also provide classroom based training on 3 dedicated months – Mandatory May, September and November.

Dates are curently being agreed and will be uploaded here when they are available

You can book a place on any of the classroom modules by logging into ESR.
