Following the virtual clinics and individual questions already asked of the Stop a Stroke team, a frequently asked questions guide has been produced for you to see if your question already has an answer before using e-advice.

AF AuditPlus

An audit tool (AF AuditPlus) provided by Public Health Wales enables patient identification and the outcome of patient reviews to be monitored. It is intended to be used by both practice managers and GPs.

E-Advice Portal

If the AF support documents and the frequently asked questions are unable to answer your question please use the link below to access the e-advice portal to contact the Stop a Stroke project team directly regarding your patient.  They will aim to respond to your query within 4 days.

British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation has developed a number of best practice documents to support both prescribers and patients when dealing with atrial fibrillation.

The BHF Alliance is a free membership scheme which provides learning and development opportunities for healthcare professionals who work with people affected by, or at risk of, cardiovascular disease. 

NICE guidance

The project relates to the NICE guidance on the management of atrial fibrillation.

Continuous Service Improvement
