Once the supporting documents have been decided, enter "Full Page Edit" mode and type out the titles of the documents below for example:

Agenda Item 6.5 (TITLE)

Agenda Item 6.6 (Appendix 2 TITLE)

Agenda Item 6.6 (Appendix 3 TITLE)

Then you add the documents to the "Tree" as per other documents, highlight the above texts and add the document via the globe button.
